Stayed for 2 nights and jetwing jaffna was amazin! The staff was so friendly and cute, and the buffet had real jaffna food which was super delicious. Room was spacious, clean, and comfy, loved the rooftop bar too. Great location to explore jaffna, everything was so convenient!

The breakfast spread was amazing, and my kids loved exploring the nearby supermarket and cinemax for some family fun after a day out. The city views from our room were good.

My wife says that the bathroom could be a bit more spacious for families.

The restaurant served delicious meals, particularly the authentic Jaffna dishes on the menu. Room service was impressively quick, catering to our requests without delay. The rooftop bar provided a fine ambiance and excellent views. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The only downside was the fluctuating internet connection .

Super comfy room!

Stayed for 3 nights and loved how clean and cozy the beautiful room was. The staff were generally friendly, made for a chill vibe. I enjoyed the in-room breakfast, but the wifi could be better, it was kinda slow at times. A decent getaway despite a few bumps.
